Manufactured from premium 60Si2MnA silicon-manganese spring steel, it delivers stable, consistent torque for automatic cable rewinding during full piston stroke movement.

Unlike ordinary 65Mn spring steel, 60Si2MnA features higher tensile strength, outstanding anti-relaxation performance and superior cyclic fatigue resistance, making it ideal for long-term continuous industrial operation with repeated winding & unwinding cycles. Our spring is strictly produced per client technical specifications, with precise segmented winding structure to maintain smooth tension without cable stretching or jamming.
