1. Product Overview: Industrial Flange Insulation Gasket


Flange Insulation Gasket is an indispensable insulating & sealing component for all types of metal flange connection systems, specially developed to solve hidden dangers brought by metal-to-metal contact between steel flanges. It is installed between two metal flange surfaces to fill assembly gaps and isolate conductive metal contact, fundamentally eliminating two critical industrial pain points:
  1. Galvanic corrosion and stray current damage to pipeline & equipment caused by direct metal conduction between dissimilar steel flanges;
  2. Medium leakage at flange joints, leading to fluid loss, equipment failure and frequent maintenance downtime.
With excellent elastic compression resistance, the gasket absorbs vibration and pressure impact during pipeline operation to protect flange surfaces from scratch and deformation, extending the whole pipeline system service life. Integrated molded with anti-leakage concentric sealing lines, the gasket closely fits uneven flange surfaces under bolt compression, no shrinkage, cracking or medium penetration under high fluid pressure. Compared with ordinary flat rubber gaskets, it achieves permanent tight sealing, drastically reducing manual maintenance and fluid loss costs for industrial operation.

Three mainstream substrate formulas to match different industrial media and temperature environments:
  • EPDM rubber flange gasket: Resists weak acid, alkali and water medium, works stably at -40℃ ~ 120℃, ideal for construction water supply & drainage pipelines, low-pressure general industrial piping;
  • Hard PVC flange gasket: Top-level insulation performance, strong compression and wear resistance, suitable for power plant equipment, medium-pressure chemical pipelines;
