One drawing, five finishes, one purchase order. Mid-size hex head bolts for machinery assembly, electrical cabinet frames and indoor steel work. The joint needs a clean finish, a repeatable coating and a colour the assembly line can tell apart at a glance. Choose blue-white zinc, yellow zinc, black oxide, hot dip galvanizing or PTFE on the same drawing — one supplier, one packing standard, one certificate set.

• Grades 4.8 to 12.9 on one purchase order. 4.8 brackets, 8.8 general frame, 10.9 preload joints and 12.9 high-strength nodes ship together — one EN 10204 3.1 mill certificate per heat number, one packing list, one container slot. Class 10.9 and 12.9 electroplated parts are baked within 4 hours of plating to ISO 4042, so hydrogen embrittlement is controlled, not assumed.
